How to Apply for a Grant

The Napa Chamber Foundation is a non-profit, charitable foundation, established in 2006 through a donation from the Napa Chamber of Commerce. These funds are used as an endowment. In addition to the original endowment, Napa Chamber of Commerce makes yearly donations to the Napa Chamber Foundation at its board's discretion.

The Napa Chamber Foundation offers competitive grants to not-for-profit, charitable organizations throughout Napa County, which are consistent with the Napa Chamber of Commerce Mission and Five Year Vision. The Foundation's funding decisions are made by its Board of Directors.


Please fill out this online form to submit your request for a grant. Requests must be submitted by the first Monday of every month.

Grant Guidelines:

  1. Requests must be made by a certified 501(c )(3) organization.
  2. Grants must be for local (Napa County) organizations or causes.
  3. Requests should be consistent with the Napa Chamber’s mission statement and purpose.
