How to nominate?

Your nomination will be received by email and reviewed.

Nominations are Open until March 22, 2010
Nominations will be reviewed by a panel of volunteers from the Napa Chamber Foundation and The Mechanics Bank.

Awardees will be announced on Friday, April 9, 2010 on the Napa Chamber Edition of Today in the Wine Country on KVON 1440AM at 9:00am.

Presentation of the Awards will be made on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa at a "Community Celebration" from 11:30a.m. - 1:30p.m. Reservation information will be available soon.

	Outstanding Nonprofit Employee of the Year
	Outstanding Nonprofit Organization of the Year

	Explain in a detailed 250 words or less essay: how the individual or group meets the award criteria including their major accomplishments, awards, philanthropic achievements, volunteerism, or other recognitions received in the last year. Please include the following: Nominee's major community contributions Nominee's additional civic, philanthropic and/or professional activities Nominee's educational background, including degrees and honors, military service and other biographical background information

	Please send in to the Napa Chamber at 1556 First Street, Napa, CA 94459 any supporting documentation or other pertinent information on your nominee including articles from newspapers, trade publications or newsletters. Please submit your nomination no later than Friday, March 22, 2010.
